Now, here's a question you don't often see.
Do you understand the notation ?

Need an interpretation ?

Let's say, there are two sets. 

Set A is the modulus of 2x-3 equivalent to 13. 

Set B is -3x + 2 smaller than or equal to -4.

Both sets only contain elements that are real numbers.

(Do you remember what's a real number ?)

So, the question for today is: what elements appear in both sets A and B ?
